I tried oil painting during my art studies a couple of years ago. However, I didn’t paint with oils after that, even though I received-as a gift-a Marie’s oil painting set like two years ago.
Now, my plan is to explore fine arts (drawing and painting) using some online courses. I’m also going to document the process.
Rediscovering oil painting
I’m following this skillshare teacher. She has several oil painting courses, for beginners and to get into impressionism.
I used the black paint to mix my a grey pallette but I couldn’t get a smooth transition. I plan to try other ways to mix grey’s and repaint them so I get a more acceptable result.
